Horrible customer service. It used to be customer friendly but it's old story now. They lost my poackage n instead of refund or replacement they want me to goto the police station. It's their responsibility to pick responsible carriers who can deliver packages safely n not steal them. Is that why I may 99 bucks for prime memership..to goto police station? Full Review

Well the creator of Amazon is brilliant. Absolutely love Amazon. I always buy from Amazon first if the product I'm looking for is cheaper. It usually is but there has been a few times i could get what i wanted local for cheaper. Paying for monthly prime is worth it. It pays for itself with the savings from shipping costs. Prime is the way to go if you order from Amazon to make the savings worth it. There are other benefits of prime to. So fast in getting my products. People don't want to wait for something to be shipped. Depending on the product Amazon can get it you the same day, next day or 2 days. Love it!!! Full Review

***EDIT*** I reviewed this app a while ago and I loved it. However now I'm finding that it takes ages to open on my phone (Huawei P9 lite) it's the only app that is super slow to open as it just shows the Amazon logo and does nothing. Might be a bug fix. Great app, always reliable. Would be nice to have the book preview ability that the website has as its be easier for phones and tablets to preview books. Full Review

Prime two day shipping is great, but anytime I select same or next day delivery I *never* get it in time. They sometimes arrive even later than if I had selected the normal 2-day delivery, and sometimes I get an email about a carrier delay and other times it's just late... no notification or acknowledgement. Amazon is not what it use to be. I use to love Amazon would always recive everything on time and prime was affordable. Now I never recive my packages on time, usually a day or 2 late, and they charge a whole lot more for prime. I use to always get fairly compensated but not anymore. Amazon has become to capitalistic and dosnt care for there customers anymore. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Full Review

Major issue: Every button requires 2 clicks to trigger! It's not as simple as it sounds, though. I click once, and the app gives indication that the click has been successful, but the action does not occur. A second click makes the action be performed. This is an issue on every clickable thing--buttons, pictures, links, etc. Add double-clicking the buttons does not work. One must wait a full second or two or else the second click is not registered. I hope Amazon fixes this issue soon, as it really makes the app difficult to use. Full Review

The app is fine, service with Amazon has begun to suffer lately! Why use USPS and promise 2 day delivery? And customer service says 2 day shipping doesn't mean that you receive it in 2 days? App cannot cancel a preorder item if another item in the order has shipped. Had to call. App's call feature did not work at all on S4. They said it called but the phone never rang. Not impressed, received an item which we did not order but they can not tell us who sent it or why we received it. Receiving unwanted and unordered items causes unnecessary stress. We strongly feel that Amazon customer services should be able to answer basic questions like who sent the items which they refused to do, causing suspicion. The app is always having glitches which causes orders bought on its own. That 1 push button is always ordering on its own. Why is that even needed. Are people really that lazy. The quality of sellers and the way products are shipped are disgusting now. Every other item you order is either wrong and a waste of money. They also send used, returned or damaged products. Also, nobody to complain to. PEOPLE who get paid to sort and package items should be monitored and checked for quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Because seems like lazy and way over paid workers don't care. Most sellers wont take responsibilities for quality and Amazon won't either. Mistakes made from CARRIERS are nobody's mistake. I loved Amazon until they started using UPS. Never got my packages after that. I called to complain multiple times and the kept shipping with UPS. USPS does a better job and I am willing to pay more. The thing about free shipping if you have prime is it's not free you have to pay for prime so you are just paying shipping in advance. I prefer using apps on my phablet instead of cranking up my laptop so I must use the app. I don't know when this started but now the pics usually don't enlarge. The curser spins and you sit and wait thinking someday it's going to do something but it never does. Same with reviews. It's nice there are 300 reviews, to bad I can only see 10. Sometimes if you sit there long enough more will load. You can never tell when it's the end. Maybe the reviews will load, maybe they won't. Stay tuned. Those are my main gripes. Amazon Ignore Consumer Law, they don't take responsibility for 3rd party sellers, even though the contract is with them under UK law. Would not refund a faulty item which the 3rd party seller didn't resolve. Avoid, they've changed, and customer service is the first to be destroyed. Full Review

I used to think Amazon was great, until I ordered something on accident, and the site wouldn't let me cancel the order at all. The item wasn't even shipped to me yet, and every time I would try to cancel my order it would freeze or white screen. I'm pissed. Option to filter out certain results eg: Rude greetings cards& gifts-some are just offensive! Need to be able to mark as received/not received parcels that were sent out with couriers/royal mail and that have been successfully delivered/missing items showing as received/undelivered items show as not arrived/arrived which is extremely confusing at busy times such as Christmas or birthdays.
