    The help feature is useless. I have been trying to contact Uber for an issue so many times. 1st thing they don't have a call centre. 2nd thing the help feature in their app is just a dummy option which does not work.     When I open the app sometimes it's blank I have to keep re-downloading this app just to get the app up and running properly. The navigation that they use is a joke. The same location that used to cost me 5 to 6 dollars cheaper they now charge me more. They also send my driver on a different route. I keep having to tell the driver where to go....     Is cancellation fee always charged to the customer? Even the cancellation is caused and made by the driver? I know it still can be cancelled by customer but why you waste his time for somebody else's mistake. Sometimes i just paid the fxxking fee and don't want to waste my time any longer.     The app doesn't proceed when i need choose what payment method I wanted to use. Either the option for card/cash payment wont show up or once I choose cash/card it proceeds to a blank map. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but always the same problem. The convenience the service provided by the drivers may have been great but the app does otherwise.     Uber getting bad to worse. App doing ridiculous pairing n confused drivers. I might as well stick to grab. Car just passed the pickup coz app is giving drivers wrong directions, making drivers take a detour. Didnt happen just once. Staying in the east and pick up pt is in east as well, yet app makes drivers pick up passengers up in the north? Even the driver is questioning why! Full Review

    They are good untill you do not need a support. Their customer support sucks. They do not take action against driver and if they misbehave or demand for cash on a non cash trip. I had this experience with uber support couple of times. My driver in Vizag asked for cash in the middle of nowhere kind of road and we have to pay because we were not sure how to deal with him. We reported the issue immediately but Uber bluntly denied the action. SonI moved to Ola. If they do not respect the customers then I am totally not interested to give them more business. Full Review

    Imagine...you in other country. You need Uber. After ordering coming some stupid error that they need to confirm email address.Or you number...yes. you use local sim not associated with account.     Ubers's new fraud scheme - allows drivers to cancel the trip and charge customers for it. Drivers are taking full advantage of this and after taking the booking they wait for 5 mins and cancel the booking and make free money.     App good...google maps integration is issue...Sydney airport does not work!!! Was telling me driver was on his way when he had to sit in other side of airport waiting. Just get a taxi if you are nowhere near the allowed pick up area. Don't rely on Google maps to work with uber. Full Review

    I have waited for this driver for about 10 mins and he suddenly cancelled it and i dont know why!!!! And plus if i were to cancle will i be charged $$ for the next ride???and what if he cancled will he get charged too??? Side note: Im fine with uber but is just that some unresonable driver suddenly cancelled it??? If they were to cancel shouldn't they cancel like 3-5mins??? It is imposible to take my kid to school on time when my car is at the shop because it is always 1.8 or 2.9 or 3.3 today.     There is a bug in this app. Whenever I try to change payment option when booking, the app starts to freeze up. Making a booking by changing the payment option from the default one is impossible. Phone used is Honor 8 Pro on Android Oreo 8.0.0. Please fix this. Full Review

    Terrible, LYFT is a WAY BETTER CHOICE than uber. Had to wait 40 min for a driver that in the end never showed up. Tried getting another driver waited over 20 min and didn't show. Called them and they would respond but apparently didn't know how to speak, it was extreme frustrating. Lyft in the other hand, showed up really fast didn't have to wait crazy long time for my driver to get there, I'll recommend any one LYFT over uber a MILLION times.     Done with Uber and move on to Lyft. On my last 3 rides, 2 drivers canceled on me after I waited 15 mins. And the last ride was the most interesting one - after I booked my ride, someone called me and requested me to cancel the ride, I refused and decided to wait since the driver on the map still moved towards me, and at the end someone else showed up for the pick up. App is full of bugs, drivers are irresponsible, done with Uber Full Review

    Bad experience .For my yesterday's morning,8th Feb, trip I paid through Tez(UPI). However today,9th Feb, when I tried to book a ride it was showing the outstanding amount which I have already paid through UPI. I had to pay again to book my ride. I didn't find an option in UBER app to report this. Also there is no option to contact for issues other than their predefined issues. Apart from the above reported issue I always had a good time with UBER trips. Latest Update: I cannot find my issue in your predefined list of issues for a trip. How should I raise a complaint regarding this? My issue- I paid twice for my trip using the UPI payment service. Full Review

    Help is worst. Uber thinks I should not have any other questions except for their defined set of questions. Is it so uber? Always payby cash, don't add any other payment option.     DO NOT USE UBER. If their driver cancels on you because they are busy intoxicated, uber then charges you a $5 cancellation fee. Even if you immediately order another driver after the first one cancels, when you are clearly stranded in front of a business with 2 young children they dont care. No matter if you explained the situation they side with the driver and over charge the customer. I'd rather do business with LYFT because they are mostly more affordable and they pay their drivers better. Full Review

    3 different cards. 2 Visas and MasterCard but you don't accept those all of a sudden. Used Uber a handful of times and all of a sudden my money army good enough. Had a family emergency and needed Uber but to no avail.     [Update on 15/2/2018] Downrating the app from 2* to 1*. Absolutely frustrating to use this app now and customer service has hit the ground. Been following up for refund of a duplicate payment and Uber has ensured that the customer braves the maze to get any kind of support. Customer support wants screenshot to attached when there is no provision in the app. USERS BEWARE- Duplicate charges to your trip has become quite common in case of e-payments; so pls do periodically check your Uber account and card/bank account.. Uber hasn't got payment integration right.. [added on 7/2/2018] things seems to have gone from bad to worse people. Look out for duplicate charges. And Uber has stopped support on email.. classic case of a company who doesn't care any more. Full Review
